Hynkel and Herring are the stand in/parodies of Hitler and Goring. Otto Von Bludiron(Meccania the Super State) Other entries would likely discuss events, individuals and other countries. Fictional Characters can also replace existing figures Basically the idea is to create a mod that both includes Fictional Characters into a Hearts of Iron game(other Paradox games could also have this done but World War II would be the most interesting to start in). Now I myself am not a modder, so unless someone decides to help make this a reality, I can only speculate. I've brought this idea up a few times but never made it is own discussion.
